Did you change your headlights to LEDs in the computer? Otherwise the LEDs are receiving the same output as halogens, which is stronger than LEDs.
I didn't even know that there was a 'puter setting for headlight halogen vs. LED voltage.

I simply did the Amazon 9" LED kit for mine and, the light was magnatudes of order better than the crappy factory halogens.

So, IMHO, not necessary to change voltage output to the headlamps when you switch.

My LED bulbs were definitely brighter with a halogen output then when I switched to led. May not be an issue but at the same time it may shorten lifespan of the headlights. I know that the LED fogs from Mopar only work if the setting in the computer is changed to LED, otherwise the resistor shuts the lights off.

Must be MOPAR specific fogs because I installed after market LED bulbs in my fogs and they work perfectly. MUCH brighter than factory. I can tell they work well because if I turn them off, there is a difference in illumination even with my LED head lights which are nice and bright.

Per Oracle, you don't have to make any changes to the computer when swapping factory halogens to the Oculus LED headlights. I didn't make any computer changes and my Oculus headlights work great; no flickering or any other issues.
Awesome. I haven’t had any issues and research stated same but you never know lol! Thanks for the heads up.

The Oracles are definitely legit bright. Especially on Hi Beams! Here’s a few pics. They also have a really nice detail inside the housing. I ran the full size 9” versions that were a direct swap. The look so much better than the old Halogens. I can’t believe manufactures can’t source a reliable solution for LED’s on everything new at the price points of these things with the higher build trims. (Meaning it shouldn’t have to be a $1,495 upgrade). I chose to pick up my Mojave with most of the options I wanted and figured I could do the LED’s for way less. I ordered the Oracle’s and Rigid Cubes (Spot Diffused), then ordered the LED Fender Lights and Turns (still waiting on the fender LED’s) for much less. I’m confident the Oracle’s are also as bright or brighter than the Factory LED’s.

Led bulbs for headlight, fogs and running lights. Great improvement for fairly cheap.

I tried just swapping the halogens for LED bulbs in my factory light assemblies. Worked great for the fogs, didn't really work for the main headlights. Not only did I not have high beams but that oIIIIIIIo diffuser the factory puts in the assembly really hampers the light output. That's why I went with real 9" LED assemblies. MUCH better!!!

I have high and low beams with a great pattern. You have to make sure the led is aligned properly. I’m sure a complete assembly is better, but for a lot less what I have is all I need.

Swapping for an led bulb is stupid. The housing wasn’t made for it and you’re blinding oncoming traffic. All these cheap ass substitutes have set the US back years vs euro headlights.

Getting some no name bs from Amazon isn’t the way to go either

Oracle is fine, really not that great but it’ll def be better than halogen and the beam will be mostly focused correctly. Build quality is wanting but it’s a budget option. It’s the cheapest I’d go, we got it for my wife’s jk that we plan on selling in a couple years. Would never buy another after their whole backup light response.

Truck lites and JW Speaker are good, heated too if you need it. My wife had truck lites that were great but the passenger side had water incursion. I suspect though that it was improper install, before we were married.

KC Gravity pros are the best headlights I’ve owned bar none. 23 year warranty. KC is my go to now for all lighting

I was wondering how long it would be before somebody posted something stupid like this. I will put quality LED bulbs installed in halogen housings against your setup any day of the week.

The problem is that people buy junk off ebay or Amazon.

That's why I said Mopar LED fog lights. Found out the Jeep has to be running for the fog lights to turn on.

People don't like spending money if the cheap lights work.

Thats what I mean. The market has been absolutely flooded with shit products. It keeps people from getting stuff that actually works without sifting through it all and having to learn the difference. Or they get the cheap leds and see the benefit is negligible, or other drivers are blinded and are discouraged from getting leds.

Either way it slows development and adoption of a much better technology. Which is why we still have vehicles that come standard with terrible halogen headlights

Make sure they are adjusted right. My 2020 Overland and current 2021 80th Anniversary were both adjusted waaaaaaaaay too high. After adjusting them down no problems at all. Wife had 2017 JKU, same for it, aimed waaaaay too high.
Ditto with mine. So high high beams did nothing. Adjusted correctly and all's good.
