I'm 45, and am on vehicle #39. Among those were a '66 CJ5 w/ the Buick V6, a '48 CJ2A w/283 ci Chevy, a '91 Wrangler manual 4.0 "Islander" edition, an '84 XJ (manual 2-door sport w/2.5), a '00 XJ (manual 2-door sport w/4.0), (3) '88 YJ's (one fully restored and still have, one RHD [gone, but have all the RHD pieces], and one that is about to become a Rat Rod), and my '00 JT sport.

Just turned 66 last month. On my 6th Jeep, and my 5th 4x4 truck. First Jeep was a '88 Cherokee. First 4x4 truck was a '76 Chevy with a 6" lift and 40" Gumbo Mudder tires.

My favorite toy was probably the 84 Bronco II that I shoehorned a 5.0 roller motor in from a 86 cop car and a built c4

Have had 4X4's since early 70's. First was a 67 CJ, with the Buick V-6, then a 76 Cherokee Chief.....then on to a number of Bronco's and other Fords, now back in the Jeep realm with the Glad.

Age is only a number. A Jeep will keep you young for ever.

Guess I kinda resemble that remark. My first 4x4 was a 72 IH Scout with the 345 ci bus engine and 4-speed. It would go anywhere. I've had a 4x4 of one brand or another since then. First Jeep was a 98 TJ. I've owned Jeeps since then.

I'm within spitting distance of 70. Slowing down but still love the desert and getting out there as much as possible.

I'm starting to get experienced in Jeeps as I've now owned nine of them in my 40 years of existence.
