Fun thread ... I too had to think about it.

'03 TJ Sahara - super fun, had to get rid of for more family friendly daily driver
'05 Liberty - bought to be my daughter's first vehicle - the Mrs though really liked this one a ton. The seats were perfect for shorter folk, matched her perfectly. Traded with oodles of miles on it for a '12 MX5 PRHT.
'12 Grand Cherokee Overland - for the Mrs, but to her not as comfortable (despite super luxury level) as the Liberty. Traded after just a year or so for something that she had better seating comfort in.
'21 JLUR (still have - the Mrs' vehicle)
'21 JTR (still have - mine)

Just the 20 JT plus a 94 XJ that came with my wife when I married her. We sold the XJ when we had kids, though. She needed more reliable transportation and we aren’t a three car family.

Let me see...9 of them.

1995 Cherokee Sport (bought used in '96). Traded on the next one as it had a mfg. defect in the body that allowed water in over the winter and the first warm day of spring, it got sour. I pulled ALL the carpet, new padding, and serious scrubbing of the carpets and upholstery. Couldn't get rid of that mold smell, except for when the AC was running. Got a good trade for the next one...

1993 Grand Cherokee Laredo, I-6. Dealer mistake, this one only had 39K on it. The one in their ad had 69K on it but, we'd already signed all the paperwork for this one so I got to keep it. The one with 69K was identical. Green with the tan interior. Sold privately at around 110K miles and stoopidly after I bought a '96 Ram 4x4 extra cab with the 5.2L V-8. That Ram couldn't handle my 5,000 lb, on the trailer, boat like my GC did. Infact, one trip with the boat blew out the trans on the Ram. Traded that Ram for...

1996 Grand Cherokee Laredo, I-6. Ran that thing a LONG way. It towed my boat nicely. I ran that Jeep to over 250K miles. I had modified the engine with FMS 22#/hr injectors and opened the intake and exhaust. I would get over 25 mpg on the highway and 20 mpg bopping around. Actually, the increase in HP was noticeable...especially the one night I paced a stock Mustang GT with her. He was pissed...thought I had a de-badged V-8  Trans and engine still strong. Got rid of it because of electrical issues.

2003 Grand Cherokee Laredo, I-6. Given to me by my Dad. Great vehicle. Totaled it when I passed out behind the wheel from a serious blood pressure drop caused by a new medication.

2002 Grand Cherokee SE, 4.7L V-8. Nice vehicle. Drove it for around 40K miles. It had the trailer package on it. I towed my motorcycle (Honda Shadow ACE Tourer, 1,100 cc) on a utility trailer (5 1/2' x 10') to Michigan and back once with it. It really needed more power. I had also towed same motorcycle on a heavy U-Haul motorcycle trailer with my '03 and the I-6 and it actually did better than the V-8. Traded in on...

2008 Grand Cherokee Overland, Hemi. Towed awesomely. Decent fuel economy for a Hemi....18 mpg to and from work (mixed driving) and 21 mpg straight highway. I had a mild (1 1/2") lift in her and larger tires. Speedo correction, no real impact on fuel economy. STOOPIDLY sold it outright when I moved to Kyiv, Ukraine. I was planning to stay there and teach English but, when I came back to finish my work visa, I discovered my older sister was trying to screw over both my Dad and me so I had to stay here in the US to fix things and take care of Dad PROPERLY. So, I bought...

2011 Grand Cherokee Overland, Hemi (bought used in 9/2018). WHAT A PIG on gas. I was lucky to get 16 mpg on the highway. Same engine as my '08 so don't know why the seriously reduced MPGs...driving habits the same as usual. Early July of '19, traded that in on....

2019 Grand Cherokee Ltd. 3.6L. Great vehicle. The Wife's car. She loves it. She's Ukrainian so this is her first car ever. But, she actually loves the next and still current one just as much...especially the attention it (and she) gets...

2020 Gladiator Overland. I ordered her in mid-May of 2019...pretty much right after they opened up the ordering lines. Actually it was around a month and a half before we got the '19 GC. Took delivery in July of '19. I use her like a truck...hauling things in the bed, and she's my tow vehicle. I have a 27', ~5,100 lb (with all our stuff we need or want on board) travel trailer. My Gladiator handles it just fine. Love how she rides. I find it more comfortable than the '19 GC Ltd. With the trailer attached and the excellent WDH I have installed, she feels just as planted as if she's running free with no trailer.

So, there you have it. I do have the last two of them currently and will (try to) keep them for a LOOOONG time.

2020 JT Overland is my first - I've always driven trucks, but have always wanted a Jeep - the mutation happened, thus I acquired it.

My JT is my first owned Jeep. I had rental JK's and JL's on my trips to Hawaii over the years and always loved it.

Should be getting another Wrangler real soon. But I don't think I have much Brand loyalty. I've owned plenty of Subarus and VWs too.

I’m all-in on Jeeps right now:
2020 JTUR
2020 JLUR
2021 JLUR
2022 JLUR
2021 Trackhawk

Past:
2018 Trackhawk (lemoned)
2018 Trackhawk
2017JKUR Hard Rock (or 2016, I can’t remember)
1988 YJ

Wranglers are the best for the kids. Get them started young.

Green horn here. Always been a Toyota guy for the past 45 years.

Learning to love it.
