I would think if you had an extended 100k powertrain warranty, this would be covered. Being that it was maintenanced at the proper intervals using the proper oil, filter, etc.

Thank you all for the help, the reality is that I always did the oil changes and I bought the Jeep because it was my dream. I will seem ridiculous but I do feel bad.And yes I bought all the guarantees but the dealership changed owners. I don't answer many things because I'm a woman and the truth is I'm sorry for the women who know a lot about mechanics, I don't understand anything

If you have two years of documented problems, then I suggest you contact @JeepCares .
It doesn't matter that your dealership changed hands, or even that you use the same dealership.
That invoice or estimate indicates a third party independent 4x4 shop is involved, which would be foolish and ill-advised unless you've exhausted all Jeep options and appeals.

I went to another private place for the first time...because the dealerships never solved anything for me, they changed three times in the same year ,auxiliary battery because the star/stop didn’t work
