My dealer also just confirmed after they spoke to Jeep Help Desk. Email was fraudulent.

if its legit why cant we order 24 hours in advance/now?All -- The email is legit and the confusion is the result of miscommunication among different departments. Here is the information we received from Jeep.
"We are terribly sorry for the confusion surrounding this email. I can confirm that the 4/1 email was not fraudulent. We are currently working with our other departments before posting on the public forum to ensure that we can provide correct information. The email is legitimate. We appreciate your continual support on the forum regarding our legitimacy."
