Please be advised, it has been brought to our attention that a fraudulent email was sent to a select group of Jeep consumers on April 1st; informing them they could pre-order the 2020 Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition early (day before actual launch). We are investigation this concern; rest assure this email was not issued by FCA US LLC.

The 2020 Jeep Gladiator Launch Edition will become available for pre-order via the Jeep.com website at midnight (12AM ET) tonight (4/4/2019). If you wish to pre-order this special edition all you have to do is visit https://www.jeep.com/gladiator.html at that time and complete the registration inform - you will then be contacted by our Jeep Concierge team who will assist with your order and get you in contact with a selling dealership.

Hmm I do not think this is Fraud. The Link that has the 24 Hr Notice is :

That Domain fcaemail.com seems to be owned by FCA so If this is Fraud it is from within FCA.

Unreal. Can’t believe that the email I got from Jeep was a fake especially after @JeepCares reply’s in our thread to PM them and Jay says this is a legit JeepCares peep and now it’s a fraud and what the $&@? is happening now. This with the possibility that LE not being delivered in May makes me question why am I doing this? If I have a warranty issue will I run into the same shit? Really wanting to join the Jeep family in a new Jeep and add a second Jeep to the fleet but maybe the CJ7 is all I really need!

The link from the email is from brand.jeep.com which appears to be legitimate.

People have reported in this thread being put into contact already with the concierge
