Yeah, you got to lower your expectation of what Jeep Cares does. At best, they will pass your info off to whomever they think internally should handle your issue. They will not drill down or follow up on your issues. They are like the front desk receptionist when you walk in a major office building, beyond that, worthless.

Their account here is also a open ended one in that you may not get the same person twice who logs in here and checks the messages.

This is a great point. Jeep Cares can't tell anyone what to do, especially a dealership. All they can do is contact them on your behalf again.

Yep! Always take the opportunity to inspect the vehicle before signing for it. Don't like something? Don't accept delivery until it's fixed.
