Jscan issues

Hoping someone with experience with jsan can help. After making a couple changes to my 24 gladiator using jscan I now have an abs light on and a msg stating service and system also a light and msg saying service traction control system. Will a restore turn the lights out? There are no dtc codes present

Alarm active with hood pin, turned off 3 horn chirp when keys left in vehicle and fog lamps in with high beams

Problem solved, cycle the key twice , open and close door let vehicle set for 10 to 15 mins, fixed all issues

I think I ran into that when adding the AUX switches.I must have opened and closed door let vehicle set for 10 to 15 mins and not know it.It wasn't instant I know that.

My sons 23 JL will not let him deactivate the 3 alarm when locking the vehicle. this is by JScan
And he doesn't want to spend $300-$400 on Tazer mini.

I was able to use the reset function and cleared all light that were on. I suspect I made some errors while do the program changes to peramiters I was totally familiar with
