I have a stock Overland with MT.

Just returned from a 2000 mile trip - Naples, FL to Richmond, VA and back.

Going up, towing 3500 lb. 17.5 MPG. Typical speed 65 MPH.

Coming back, no tow, 24 MPG. Typical speed 65-70 MPH.

Most driving was on I-95.

I am loving it and gave up my plus Ram 1500 for it. Always wanted a jeep but needed a truck now I got both and the family is loving it as well after initially thinking what they hell was I doing give up the plush truck for this small tank (LOL). I just got my Jpeggz mirrors in and now its time to figure out how to take the doors off as well.
Here you go. You’ll love the Jpeggz. Rock solid.

I never seem to get what others are. I’m at 14.4 with my rubicon. I guess it must be the user and all the stop and go traffic.
That’s not out of the range. I’m at 16.3 in my manual Rubi. Short trips and not easy on the throttle. There is a wide range and depends on terrain, weather, driver, habits, etc.

I have 666 miles on mine and was getting 21.3 mpg after leaving the dealership in NC. This was nearly all interstate driving. I'm now at 20 mpg with city driving and a little interstate.

16.5 mpg - sport s with max tow, rubicon take offs and 315 70 17’s. That’s mostly highway, between 70 & 80 mph since speed limit is 70-75 around here.

Averaging 15.0 on the screen. I have not reset it in a couple months. Rubicon stock 4.10 gears, larger 35" tires, and I have not recalibrated for the larger tire size yet. 4100 miles on the ticker.
It's not great, but I don't care. It's going to get worse when I move up to 37's.
I've been driving Jeeps for a very long time.
I know how this works.
I know what I got myself into!

16,600 miles on mine now and gas mileage is currently 18.8 mpg, still a 70/30 mix of city/hwy driving. Haven't reset since the 315 70 17 BFGs went on and lift at 400 miles. I drive 70-75 mph on the HWy and about 50 everywhere else unless I'm going through downtown Kannapolis and then it's 40mph. For reference I keep the ESS system engaged so it works like it's supposed to. If I can stay around 17 mpg when I go to 37's I'll be happy. I feel like I'll have no problem achieving that. Max Tow with 4.10 gears.
