Went to Ohio and back...

Drove speed limit...

35’s, winch, and bumper, 3.73’s, auto, calibrated.

Seems I dropped maybe 2mpg vs stock.

Since the PCM flash, mine is still stuck under 20 now. On the highway, decent roads, it will creep up there but once you get back into the driving we normally do, it's down the toilet again. That PCM flash really hit the mpg hard!
I mean - once I have had enough time and miles to do a fair comparison, I'm down a good 5 mpg compared to where it was. I'm thinking the bumper and winch are to blame for part of that - I bet close to 1-2 mpg.
But with the improved shifting (holding better, less hunting, stays out of 8th a lot more) it has better shifting by lightyears, it holds gears a ton better, I mean night and day, and it's got more zip in ordinary driving, winds up a lot more before shifting which of course is the trade-off.
So maybe it will haul better now with the flash. If it does that, I'll be quite happy.

The winch and bumper, all that extra weight up there is part of my MPG loss.......

Agreed... and going over 60mph

I drive with cruise anytime I’m out of town.

I have only seen above 18mpg on a tank once and that was stock, and I’m sure the speed limit was under 70 with a tailwind.

I average about 17.5 - 18.5 MPG.

2.5" MOPAR lift, 37's, 5.13 gears, Tazer mini calibrated, and pedal commander. I'm very impressed with my mileage!

Last 2 fill ups were pretty much all highway. From 40 miles North of Atlanta to Beaufort, SC and back. 2.5 tanks to go 380 miles.

That seems terrible. I get about 360 miles out of 1 fill up. I recently drove to Richmond Va which is 266 miles from me and I only went through not quite 1.5 tanks to drive there and back all interstate which included the 15 miles off the interstate I had to drive to my destination. I guess compared to some it's not so bad though.

Is it just me or has anyone else noticed the fuel gauge comes off of full pretty quickly after fill up?

My assumption is the Falken Mud Terrains do nothing to help. Neither does maintaining 80 mph.

Working on 25 MPG. The heaviest aftermarket item is rockslide steps.
