Thanks man! I wasnt sure but love the way it came out... never know when online shopping. Just wanted a slightly different look.
I don't even like the color black, and I like yours. Don't try to go past 37s unless you want to do a bunch of trimming.

I haven’t been able to do much yet. I started with a rough country bumper. I ordered some Ace bars that go under my current rock sliders and I’m getting a body colored camper shell. After that I will get a rack and tent. Other than that I think I’ll be set for a while.

TJ,

Picking up a new Gladiator Rubicon next week after dealer has faceplate and wiring installed to pull it behind the motorhome. I test drove a Gladiator in Ft Lauderdale with 38 Patagonias on it but the traffic was so stop and go that I never had the chance to test it at highway speeds. In addition to playing off-road, we’d use it on the highway as well when we stop somewhere for a week or so.

So, the question is, how does it handle on the highway? Is it anywhere as smooth as stock when on the highway? Does it bounce all over (our 2017 Wrangler with lift and 35’s is like a bouncing ball on even a mildly rough highway)?

When you go from 33’s to 38’s do you have to change anything to handle changes in torque on axles, drivetrain, etc? We most likely won’t get to the extreme category, but it certainly won’t be an asphalt queen either

New to mods in general and would appreciate any guidance.

Regards,

Jim

The ride quality of your JK vs the JT is not even comparable. SO MUCH BETTER! I would never consider driving long distances in my old JK with 37s (Even tho it was set up properly). I have taken my JT (On 37s) up to Mammoth Mtn (A six hour drive) with three other people in the truck no problem! Super comfortable!

LE Rubi with Metal Cloak lift, sliders, fenders, etc. KM3 37's. Waiting on my Gen3 12k Smittybilt XRC winch and a few other things. Need to get the full undercloak before I take it up the hill to the Rubicon. LOVING this thing! So much better (all around) than my JK and would not hesitate to take on long trips.
