... BALL MOUNTS that is!

Still waiting on my Gobi Mojave, and compiling a list (and actually ordering a few) of the mods I'd like to add!
(This is our first Jeep - not counting the Liberty - so super excited.)
One thing I've realized is that storage and places to mount stuff are sparse compared to our family's Sienna Swagger Wagon. So I saw a few options such as
Does anyone here have recommendations/experience with any of these? Any complaints, wishes, etc?
Also, is there a more universally accepted size for the actual ball? I see 20mm and 1" a lot - any benefits of one vs. the other?

Sorry for all the questions. Just very excited.
Advanced THANKS for the input!

I have the Bulletpoint RubiGrid. I can't say enough good things about it. My phone is super solid! I actually mounted my phone to the furthest point on the passenger side. I like the angle I was able to achieve and the unobstructed view of the 8.4" screen. It also included the GoPro mount and ball which was a bonus. I also liked I was able to mount without drilling or applying double sided adhesive tape. It comes with a nice little wrench to snug up the thumb screws as well. Top knotch quality and made in the USA.

I use a Rugged Ridge Dash Bar:
Dash Bar | Rugged Ridge

Basically puts a handlebar in your Jeep, so anything labeled for "bar mount" "tube mount" "bicycle mount" will work, so now I can keep it simple and shop at Walmart/Dicks for my accessories. Best option I've seen and can hold 50 things instead of 2 if you really wanted, with full freedom of where you want stuff instead of just in the middle.

Bulletpoint. The best phone mount I’ve ever used. I bought it a month before I got my Mojave and installed it as soon as I got home and couldn’t be happier. Also, they’re right down the road from the Jeep plant which makes it even cooler.

Okay, I’m slow, someone help me out.

If I go with https://www.bulletpointmountingsolu...ngler-jl-jlu-gladiator-jt-platform-dash-mount

What do I order? I don’t have anything yet.

I’d want:
-XL phone holder, driver
-XL phone holder, passenger (to be used horizontally by my wife; watching a movie on the Hallmark app)

What else is anyone using these things for? (Besides a GoPro)

Edit: figured it out. If I ONLY want phone holders, I don’t need the grid at all. Just buy the driver for $82.99 and passenger for $82.99.

Vector off-road e-dock coupled with 67 designs clamps and balls and tubes. Wouldn't trade them for anything.
