MP Concepts. About 40 pounds with winch plate and the ends on.

Looks great. Did you need to modify the MP bumper to fit the Mojave or was it plug and play?

Plug and play. Easy install. Only thing that took a bit of extra work was taking the bumper apart to change the red tow hooks it comes with to the orange OEM hooks.

How is your license plate mounted? I'm looking at this bumper. I won't be using a winch and I'm looking for ideas on attaching a front license plate.

I’m looking for recommendations for an aluminum front bumper to add to my Mojave. I wasn’t able to find a thread so narrowly focused towards aluminum replacements, but if I missed it, please attach a link to it here. Otherwise, I’d welcome seeing what others are using and what they like or not about them.

Rock Hard! I have had the mid-width aluminum on my Mojave for three years now and itnis great. Includes a solid skid plate to protect the shock reservoirs, made in the USA and only weighs 34lbs.

I went with the MP concepts. I did have it powder coated as the original PC was crap.

I love it. It is very light. Not sure how it would hold up in an accident but I don't plan on having one. LOL The winch plate is heavy but between the bumper and winch plate I don't think there is much weight gain over stock.

I love my Rockhard. I also use it to flat tow my heep behind the RV. I will be ordering the aluminum rear bumper as soon as I can afford it

I bought one from Rock-Hard 4x4. Full width, 1/4" plate aluminum, and only 37 lbs (without the winch, etc) CNC bent skid-plate to cover the shock reserviors. https://www.rockhard4x4.com/product_p/rh-90212.htm

Simple, they are in the same spot as OEM just better protection

I did not have to mess with it at all. Everything was plug and play. All pre-drilled holes matched perfectly.

Anyone on this forum try the aluminum adventure series bumper from NextVenture Motorsports?

I’m seriously considering it. I asked around and got the weights of the bumper + winch plate:

JLT-00013 (Aluminum Adventure Series)

1. Bumper and winch tray only: 48 lbs
2. Bumper and winch tray w/ stinger (no lower skid plate): 61 lbs
3. Bumper and winch tray w/ lower skid plate (no stinger): 57 lbs
4. Bumper and winch tray w/ lower skid and w/ stinger: 70 lbs

The steel Rubicon bumper weighs 86 lbs with the skid.

I know the RockHard is the practical choice but the NextVenture just looks so much better to me. Anybody have experiences with or hear anything about it?
