Mopar/Jeep deleted my service records

Bought my 23 Mojave new and since I have been a professional mechanic for over 30 years I have no need or desire to return to dealer (or any shop) for oil changes, rotations, etc - free or not. I have kept all receipts for oil/filters, etc along with my own records of service done. To head off any potential warranty issues I also documented each service at Mopar/Jeep My Garage. Just went to log latest oil change and now says "no service records" found...WTF?
Anybody run into this before?

Not much help here but I get a copy of every paper they give me. I have a record on line at Mopar.co. A paper record in my file cabinet and a Note on my iPhone. (Whoops, guess I need to check my Mopar online account...).

Yep, mine gone to. I am sure they will get it restored. Now I need to make sure I do print screens when I complete entries. I use the tool.

Mine disapered also. I emailed Chrysler, But the dealer where I get the Glad serviced at still has them. I toldthem there website shit's. This is why I leased the glad. I love the truck, love jeeps and have had no problems with the Glad other than watching the battery dying a little each month. As far as the dealer I get it serviced at ,I have no problem with them I get great service from them, but they can't replace a battery till stupid stellantis OK's it. What else from people that lost WW2. Lol

FYI… my brother and I have also found that Jeep and many service shops report all maintenance to carfax. Interestingly enough, Jeep created my account and sent me the login info. You can even edit and add your own service stats into it. I do however keep a running journal of maintenance in a notebook. I like tech but don’t have very much faith in a system I do or did not implement. Just my 2cents

Probably just a server issue or server glitch. I‘ve clicked on the App just now…. the main page pops up, but it’s ‘spinning and spinning’ …. so, the servers are probably down completely.

The site comes up , everything else is there , but no service records . It's a lousy site anyway. The dealer has my records on file . Unless the cheap azz web site made tham lose it too. Who knows.

I tried to enter some maintenance data, it will not allow me to upload new info.

A red block shows up in the left upper corner. Has to be server issues if the web based page also has the problem.
