First bike was a Ducati Monster 796 and interestingly didn't fall in love with it. Then I bought a Triumph Thruxton and absolutely fell in love. It was slower. The brakes weren't great. But man, I loved that bike.

Added a BMW R1200GSA and it light years ahead of anything else I had ridden. Amazing what that bike can do, on and off the road.

Added a BMW R NineT and decided to sell the Thruxton. The R NineT is one of the prettiest bikes, to my eye, and that's why I'll always have it.

Then I moved back to Georgia and riding changed. So I traded the GS for a BMW S1000RR. And that bike is the most insane thing on two wheels I've ever experienced.

Girlfriend rides a Ducati 848 and we both have Groms. Which may be the most fun of all of them because you can hooligan all day and keep it legal.
