I decided to go with Dreaded1’s idea of using a KB Voodoo rack and a set of Yakima bike racks to regain the dry storage underneath, reclaim my rear backup camera and cut down on the time I needed to remove the front wheel because of the through axle mounts of the old way of mounting our bikes to the trail rail. So far so good! Thanks for your help Dreaded1!!!!

Sweet Setup. Are you able to flip open the tonneau or are the trays too low?

Just figuring out the rear wheel trays on my Billie Bars. I'm going to space them up from the bars so I can still flip the end of the tonneau.

The soft tonneau still rolls up to get access to the entire bed. Pretty cool, those KC Voodoo racks.

Do you have to remove the bars to roll the tonneau?
You do not have to remove the bars, the OEM factory twill tonneau cover can be rolled up under the bars. You do have to shimmy it a little to get it under the forward bar, but it’s doable and not difficult.

Thanks!!! I have been trying to find some solution to crossbars with the tonneau. I saw these bars but was under the impression that I would have to remove the bars to roll up the cover.

Sweet setup! I have debated on getting 2 more racks so I could carry 4. Havent pulled the trigger yet, because I really don't have the need. I am glad it worked out nicely for you.

The tonneau can still be rolled up with these bars, just not as easy. One person can do it, but easier with 2. It's kind of a flip, then slide under the bars, then roll operation. If the bars were 1.5 maybe 2inches taller, they wouldn't be an issue.

I have the factory Mopar Soft Tri-fold tonneau so I know any bars I get will need to be removed to open it up but with that said, is the voodoo the easy to remove the cross bars without removing the rest? I'd like something that can stay on without crossbars so I can freely use the tonneau but put crossbars on when bringing the bikes. Thanks!

I ended up going with the FrontRunner system for the Diamondback cover. Still need to figure out some sort of a tray system for the rear wheel. I might go the KBVoodoo route or figure out something on my own... it definitely doesn't need to be anything special, just a platform of some sort to strap your wheel to.

Nothing crazy... Mopar 2 inch and 37x12.50-17 Falken Wildpeak A/Ts. That being said... I'm not sure it needs more than that.
