Congrats dude. 10 and change isn’t bad. Enjoy that rig. Being a displaced Floridian I can barely stand the 30 degree days we get here but we visited WI couple years ago and loved it. Driving a snow machine is on my bucket list.

Is this the guy version of how women feel when they bring home a new-born, and all her girlfriends want to see and hold it? ??

Thinking once the engine is broken in and it warms up a tad I may see 13-14 MPG. We will see!

So stoked for you!!!! I am with you in the seasons with the kids. It's so good for them. 10MPG your average from driving back?
Yeah, 10.2. 40s and U60s aren't helping with that! Whats yours like so far?

Mines not back yet ???? hopefully this week and then trip up to VT!!
Oh dang, sorry man! I thought when I caught the video on your thread that was you driving it!

I was HOPING for better fuel economy than I am getting right now. I haven't addressed it at this point - figured I'd get a few thousand miles put on the engine. Usually after the break in period and 1st oil change things improve. On top of that this brutal cold doesn't help. My wifes X5 usually gets 20 and is averaging like 17 right now.

If I can't get it in the teens - I'll probably say F-it and send it back for a hellcat drop in.

Ha ha. I hear ya. I am expecting 13ish MPG with the 6.4L on premium which is exactly what I was getting with the 3.6L. Funny enough I thought I was getting one bonus MPG on premium with the 3.6L. I will def report on my MPGs on a per tank basis

Yeah, I was getting 15-ish mixed on mine with the SC before I sent it in. Obviously worse MPG on the highway which is what my entire 8 hour drive home was. 80 MPG at about 2200-2500 RPMS in 8th. I think 10.5 avg was the best I saw but as the outside temps dropped down below zero....the mileage started ticking down a bit.
