Maiden Voyage! Upper Adirondacks in NY to visit my parents. So far, so good. Timbrens are soft, but ride nice. Solar works awesome, and keeps battery charged with no problem. Dometic fridge stayed at 39 all weekend. Tent is very comfy. Overall, very very happy. I'll add pictures as soon as we have better service.

Thanks! Please feel to ask any questions if you have any. It's a work in progress, but so far it works awesome. It has such a small footprint, you can put it anywhere. Headed to Maine and New Hampshire in 2 weeks with my son, so that'll be another good test.

Small update. I bottomed out on the old logging road we were on to get to the clearing in NY, and bent the hitch jack pretty badly (I kinda knew it was too low, so it didn't surprise me). I got an "Ultimate Jack" and this thing is awesome. It raises and lowers in two stages, with nothing hanging below the frame rails.

It's been awhile, but I've made some upgrades. I changed up my storage system to include Milwaukee's Packout system. I like them because most cases are waterproof, and they are extremely durable. I also like that fact that they all lock together, so my stuff won't bounce around (which happened when I took the trailer up the Union Springs side of Flagpole Knob in VA. That was an awesome trip, by the way.) I upgraded my 17" griddle to a 22"", and put everything on ball bearing drawer slides for easy access.

Nice job man. Amazing how quickly things add up, huh?
Thank you. And I threw the napkin away that I was writing on to keep track... Lol!

Updates: I got the James Baroud RRT mounted. It is enormous. My wife and I had their Explorer model on our last trailer, and regretted selling it with the trailer ever since. We found this one Marketplace for a steal, and couldn't pass it up. It's the Grand Raid XXL. 20-30 second setup time, and about a minute to teardown and collapse.
Also, I got two electric jacks and mounted them on the outside using hitch receivers and welding them to the frame. They are removable for transport. I think this will work better because it widens the trailer's footprint for better stability, and we can now set up and level the trailer without having to open the back door. I have to install the plugs for the wires yet and wire them up.

So I hated the noise that the electric jacks made, so I went back to the crank style. Much happier. Lighter, actually faster, and does not look I have two of ET's heads mounted to the back of the trailer. My son and I repainted all the black on the trailer and cleaned it up a bit. Getting ready for JeepFest in Butler, PA next weekend! Also simplified the plumbing a lot, and made some changes to the electrical system. Much happier all around.
