Purchase a Y for a two bottle setup and have two separate regulators. Y goes between the bottle and welder single hose going to welder.

Oh, you're talking TIG. While I'd LOVE to learn, I'm not there yet. I've got a Mig I can set up for Al if I get a spool gun. Would you need this set-up for MIG? I appreciate the links, though!

Never tried it that way. But I'm sure it wouldn't hurt. Especially thicker material!

Quick update: Today, despite the cold, I got a little more work done. I mounted a switch panel (which will control the lighting and possibly the water pump), as well as the controller for the Redarc Manager 30. I remounted the Redarc itself so it's accessible, and also installed another fused distribution block in preparation for the wiring. Also mounted the Joolca faucet above the sink.

Also started to mount my leveling jacks. I cut a square hole through the floor inside the trailer, so they wouldn't be exposed to the elements, and it'll provide better protected for them.

Still figuring that out, but IT for now!
Man I'm in awe as I don't have any skill to do any of this. Props my man, it looks awesome, well thought out, well made and attention to detail. Truly it looks like an amazing project, ROLL ON!

It's been a minute since I've updated this thread, but I'm still plugging away every chance I get. Water tank mounts are built, electrical is nearly complete, out second coat of bed liner on, and installed various sets of lights. Plumbing is next on the list...

What a great job you did! Thank you for the inspiration.
Did you try to figure out how much materials and equipment cost to you finally? I'm losing my head than think only about decent MIG welder(from this review)...

Thank you!

My GF asked me that same question the other day, just out of curiosity. Rough list:
Trailer: $800
Timbrens: $800
Tent: $1000
Joolca: $400
Redarc: $1200
Awning: $1000
Domestic: $1000
Paint: $300
Wiring/lights: $300(?)
Aluminum: $400(?)

I didn't think I had more than $6-7K into it until I wrote that down... I'd say with all the misc stuff, maybe $10K at most? Most of the wiring I had already, and the raw material I got at a place near me or my neighbors scrap pile, lol.

I don't think I want to add this up again, haha!

Got a drop hitch and was able to hook it up to the JT. I repainted the wheels to match the ones I have on the truck. I do have to rework the fenders, hence the missing one, as I'm having some clearance issues. I think I'm going to build some aluminum fenders from scratch, rather than use the premade ones I had gotten earlier. Also tested out the water system, and it works! Pretty complex for a small trailer, but I wanted to see if it could be done, lol!

Great job dude! I think of things I could add to mine but I’m too afraid to drill into it LOL. How do you seal up the bolts where you mount stuff?
I was super hesitant at first, too. But, I figured as long as I took my time and was careful about how and where I cut or drilled, it would work out ok. I have yet to travel with it, which could reveal issues I hadn't thought about during the build.
