Thanks for trailblazing this!! If you ever need a new CVPM let me know, lol! Naturally the wrong part I bought was the most expensive part of the install. BAM won't take it back as I threw the box away and installed it. They'd be able to tell given the plastic plungers.when i did the initial install for this, i had the whole interior removed for the install. as to the washer bottle it was easy in my opinion. on the issue of the back panel, yes you will break a few clips. i know i did, but once you do the install, you will not remove the back panel again. congrads on the install. you will love having the factory front camera.
hahah.........and you changed your avatar. It looks like a Transformer. LOL
Let me see if I can find it. The cable you linked is male to female. You'd need a 20' female to female. I found some from other vendors but wanted to keep it Bingfu so used the 2 cables connected together. You need 1 M F and 1 F F to create the necessary length of F to F.@ecidiego thanks for all the work to document this and keep it up to date.
The top post says the 20' Bingfu cable is no longer available, but I see it here: https://www.amazon.com/Bingfu-Extension-Compatible-Navigation-Telematics/dp/B07PHW5SBP
How do I go about figuring out the part number for the replacement rear camera for Sarge Green? Do I need to find someone that factory ordered Sarge Green with front trail camera and get them to ask their dealer?
