I echo the other posters here:
1: Contact your state's Attorney General's office or Board of Consumer Protection.
2: Contact Stellantis Corporate and file a complaint against the dealer.
3: Consider contacting your local state representative office.
4: Consider contacting the local news, especially if they have a regular segment going after shady businesses or landlords.
Full scorched Earth option: Make a big sign in the bed "Dealer X refuses Warranty on Cars They Sell" and park the truck out front on public property.
