Off road pages will not work

I may be wrong but for some reason it appears that the app works off a satellite. My app will never show up in the garage and when I get the truck outside it may not show up for a few blocks or sometimes even miles but eventually it will show up. When it does show up it works great.

The GPS data comes from satellites. I believe it needs to see three of them to provide location and Altitude. The App Verification is done through the cellular connection.

The only time my OffRoad page icon is not displayed, I am also missing other normally available icons such as XM radio. Once outside they usually come back in a few minutes.

Is it just the OffRoad page missing? If others are missing too, it could be an issue with reception.

The OffRoad icon is present but greyed out and does not work. It is the only thing not working so while not a big deal, it is annoying and I would like it working like it did before the software update. Cellular coverage is great where I park and live, the Glad is not parked inside, and there are no overhead obstructions. UConnect acknowledges the problem and while it is great most aren’t having this issue, it is a real issue for many. I have faith it will be fixed but it will take time. I don’t get the sense it is a priority task on their punch list.

The OffRoad icon is present but greyed out and does not work. It is the only thing not working so while not a big deal, it is annoying and I would like it working like it did before the software update. Cellular coverage is great where I park and live, the Glad is not parked inside, and there are no overhead obstructions. UConnect acknowledges the problem and while it is great most aren’t having this issue, it is a real issue for many. I have faith it will be fixed but it will take time. I don’t get the sense it is a priority task on their punch list.

Reminds me of the Microsoft app errors of the past. One guy I worked with modified the error to allow a user to click "NOT OK".

Other times you'd get an error message and it would say "error 101a unknown error".
When you looked it up - the result was basically "we're still trying to figure it out" type of result.

That error in the pic is just as useful.

Windows 3.1 engineers had that special program to run by holding a few keys and pressing the space bar three times. Engineers had more fun back in the day.
