Off road pages will not work

Another update… I received the following today and it reads, “Hello I am reaching out to keep you up to date with the current case status. There are no new updates on your case at this time, we are still working on the new coding and are awaiting further progress in the creation of the resolution. Thank you for being apart of the Jeep family and thank you for your patience in this endeavor.”



I received another call yesterday while out running errands in my Gladiator from the UConnect customer service rep for my case. He said the software engineers narrowed down the issue between two different software versions of Offroad+. They rolled out a fix for one of the two. He wanted to know if mine was fixed so I pulled over and checked. Nope, mine is still inop. He said they are still trying to fix the second and asked for my continued patience. Other than a brief ghosting at the beginning, he has been very good about updating me by email and phone. I appreciate it and told him so.

I received two calls this past week from customer support. The first one said no progress has been made but during the discussion he told me the list is growing with owners experiencing the same issue so he hopes a fix is coming.

For the second call he said an update got pushed and they wanted to see if it fixed the issue. During the discussion and troubleshooting event we determined I have not yet received the update So no change.

Evidently the software engineers/technicians would be out until Monday so we’ll see what they say Next week. Hopefully.

I hope they get it resolved for the OP and others with the issue.

I realize ORP and Trails Off Road + are not the same. From my own experience of issues with the ORP and Trails Off Road + trial version, I keep holding off on purchasing the Uconnect Trails Off Road + full version software package because I have a feeling that it will be down more than it is up. About $40 a year. I bought the desktop and phone app instead. Maybe if they get their feces together at Uconnect, I will try it as a Uconnect app. I am not holding my breath.

Awesome!!! Just checked mine and it seems to be working. Now to get the moisture in taillight fixed!

That's been going on for a few years, hasn't it? Not new to 24 as it's the same bloody tail lights.

I’m not sure, I noticed it a month or so ago, assumed I hit a gasket or weak spot while washing it with pressure washer. It’s never dried up, only getting worse. Stopped at dealer and they are ordering a new one under warranty.

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We recommend performing a factory reset by completing the following steps below. If that is unsuccessful, please send us a private message and we can connect you with a case manager for additional support.

For a factory reset, select Vehicle->Settings->Reset->Factory Reset on the touchscreen. You may need to drive or idle the vehicle in an area of good cell connectivity for ~30 mins for all updates to take effect.

We recommend performing a factory reset in order to view your Off Road Pages. For a factory reset, select Vehicle->Settings->Reset->Factory Reset on the touchscreen. You may need to drive or idle the vehicle in an area of good cell connectivity for ~30 mins for all updates to take effect. If you are still experiencing concerns, we recommend scheduling an appointment with an authorized dealership.

So, do you now have the full off-road pages with all three apps on the screen like the one in the picture? I’m trying to find a fix for this. Who did you contact? The dealer has been no help.

I always had all three. The problem is the Offroad Pages icon was grayed out and would not work before the update. After the update all three started working as designed and have since. I contacted UConnect Support/Jeep Connect and they opened a ticket for the repair. The contact info I have follows:
