Another update… I received the following today and it reads, “Hello I am reaching out to keep you up to date with the current case status. There are no new updates on your case at this time, we are still working on the new coding and are awaiting further progress in the creation of the resolution. Thank you for being apart of the Jeep family and thank you for your patience in this endeavor.”
I received another call yesterday while out running errands in my Gladiator from the UConnect customer service rep for my case. He said the software engineers narrowed down the issue between two different software versions of Offroad+. They rolled out a fix for one of the two. He wanted to know if mine was fixed so I pulled over and checked. Nope, mine is still inop. He said they are still trying to fix the second and asked for my continued patience. Other than a brief ghosting at the beginning, he has been very good about updating me by email and phone. I appreciate it and told him so.
