Oracle Flush Mount Tail Lights Issues

I bought the flush mount Oracle taillights a few months ago, now the back-up lights work on and off. I've read some of the posts about a fix they had. Is it still available or is there another issue or fix? I have a 2023 Texas Trail Edition Gladiator, and I do not have the taser

Hi, Sorry to hear of this issue. If you don't mind I'll ask a few questions to help troubleshoot. Are you running any other products such as the reverse bumper lights or plug and play harness? Also is your gladiator LED or halogen stock?

Not uncommon. Just means it's still in transit but looks like it will be late. Also, it's holiday season so things may take longer than usual.

For whatever it’s worth, my Oracle taillights were part of the pre—order/first batch in 2021 and after 2yrs, my passenger reverse light started intermittently not working and that taillight was dim for a few minutes after start-up. I contacted Oracle through the website warranty page on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and received prompt emails through the holiday and Black Friday. After a quick picture and explanation, they shipped me a new taillight on this Wednesday and it arrived today (a day earlier than USPS predicted).
Just wanted to share a positive experience and I appreciate the quick replacement.

I have also had a great experience with Oracle. I was having issues with one of the lights and they sent me a new one ASAP. I have a Mojave with a 2in AEV spacer lift with 35’s. The blind spot monitoring works perfectly.

I don't have any other products running, no bumper lights. Mine was originally halogen. Everything worked fine and just recently the back up lights started acting up. I checked all the connections, unplugged and replugged all connections. Then I read on this forum about the issue.

I’m not getting turn signal out warning, BUT my passenger side reverse light comes on then cuts out… I’ve got a tazer mini ordered and on the way but is this the fix I’m looking for or am I missing something?

Tazer installed and problem fixed, no warning on dash, both reverse lights working and that dumb stop/start function is killed lol

Did you find the solution for this issue? My Gladiator is factory halogen as well and when I put it in reverse my lights go in and out as well.

I did, Oracle sent me a kit that is supposed to fix the issue, I haven"t installed it yet, but it's just a plug in resistor in the taillight. It was free of charge.

Just go to the Oracle website and send them the issue you are having, they should respond quickly
