Thank you. We love these tail lights too! And our CS team is a great group of rock stars. We learn from each and every interaction and improve to make our products better.
Everyone would be LS/LT or hemi swapped if it was not so expensive........because the penastar is not the most reliable engine out there........its all in perspective. Bottomline, they have stood behind their product and the product has gained alot more reliability with each change they make

Just a quick shout-out to Oracle and great customer service. My neighbor observed my brake light on my right Oracle flush-mount tail light "is not very bright". Sure enough looked like a row of LEDs died. My tail lights were installed in early April '22 so in warranty? Out of warranty? Couldn't seem to find out so filled out Oracle's on-line warranty form detailing my issue and asking about the warranty. Very (almost too - thought it was an automated response) quickly got a response that the tail lights were warranted for only one year so I was SOL on that issue. But I was kindly told my frustration was understood and my issue would be sent to Oracle's tech department. Couple of days later I received an email telling me a new tail light was on the way - no fuss, no muss. The new tail light arrived today and has been installed. Thank you to all the kind folks at Oracle Lighting!

I had a similar experience. Some of the LEDS failed on my first set of tail lights. They identified that they where part of a bad batch, based upon the sticker/number on the light. They sent me two new lights within a week. Excellent service.
I also have the Oculus headlights, for a few years, which have been excellent.

I posted this awhile back, hopefully it helps some of you. We're a cpl years in now and still no issues with either one of our Gladiators. I wish Oracle would look into this as a fix and take it a bit more seriously. They're losing ALOT of customers because of these issues.

The flush tail lights look fine without the seal. I added the seal because it does look better. It wasn't a selling point for me. If Oracle added a seal, it would be an enhancement not a fix.

I added it for a fix, cosmetics were a plus.

Did you have the rusty hardware? My hardware rusted but did not stain my white paint. I put a little fluid film on those screws when I put the seal in.

So I got these and out them in. I knew about the issues ahead of time and already had a Tazer for my tires and gear job so wasn't to worried about it. But I can't get these to work and as far as I know I've done everything I was supposed to.

I had factory leds so I unplugged the resistors and I went in my tazor to the led taillights and turned that off and back on about a dozen times now trying different things like turning it off and then back on then rebooting. Off and then on with no reboot. Off rebooting and then back on and rebooting and nothing works. It will reset them for when I start it back up but then after 10-15 seconds of the signal being on I get the signal out message and the fast blinking on the dash like I have a blown turn signal.

Was wondering if anyone had any other tips I may not have tried, also sent an email to oracle and awaiting a response. If I cant get a fix I'll just yank them out and go back to factory
If you do get them to work, your next problem will be the LED lights start to go out one by one. We bought some last August and they are already burning out. For what you pay for these lights they are junk.

My turn - first set went out just over a year (each about 6 months apart) - it was the initial batch and they had extended the warranty due to production defects. Now at 27 months, one is the replacements went out and their AI bot said there was nothing they could do but offer a single light at $258.

I found a new set for sale by Amazon (sold by Amazon - not available any more) for $375. I only have 38k on my truck and plan on owning it for more than 2 more years. Either way, these will be the last Oracle tail lights that I buy.

I went back to my OEM LEDs, no issues don’t even have to think about it anymore. And nice to have working blind spots again, especially having an RSI cap
