I likr the way the flushh mount lights look, I was getting ready to buy them. Glad I found this thread, I will pass on them now. I don't want to deal with problems and the Factory LED seem pretty bulletproof.
I did too but they don’t have much of a long term life. Since I was one of the first ones to get them I’d say they only had about a year and a half life and I only have 15,000 miles on my gladiator so maybe only 8,000-10,000 miles on their lights. They offered me 10% off which was the slap in the face when they’ve been offering 25% off coupons now and then promos. But to offer only 10% to resolve and issue that was b.s. I chose not to say anything negative at first but that broke my silence.
Hi I am sorry for your experience and I do not blame you for being offended by a 10% off offer for this issue. I want to make this right for you, can you please DM me your order number or email so I can look up your case in our system?

Sorry in advance Oracle, I do applaud your customer service but your physical product is just terrible from a reliability standpoint. They do look great though.

That being said, I would never recommend an Oracle product again. Their failure rates are just insane, warranty or not. I've had their headlights on multiple Jeeps over the years, taillights, etc, and ALL of them have failed either just within the warranty period or after it.

The only place those lights belong is the trash can. I don't care if they honor their warranty, I shouldn't have to replace lights every 6 months because their quality control is just trash. It's a waste of time and money.

I have the same issue ongoing with my right tail light, but to be completely honest with you, I purchased these a while back and can't locate the receipt. Still able to be replaced? (I know the link/form mentions to have a proof of purchase) @ORACLE Terry

Thanks.
So... am I still able to get this replaced? Or should I prepare myself to get a ticket by the law. LOL ?

Go with the metalcloak fender gutz delete kit. You can trim and keep the fender intact. I did them to my JL. My JT has the quake but I had/have issues with them giving me warning lights too but zero issues with the metalcloak

Were you able to keep the inner fender with the Metalcloak brackets?

I'm honestly thinking about picking up the tinted Oracles, with that offer they have going on.

Are you saying your current flush mount LED tail lights are now fixed? If so, what is the life expectancy of them?

Maybe to increase customer trust in your product you should change your warranty to 3 years on them.

What about possibly making housings that the OEM LED "guts" fit into? That way the quality of the OEM electronics is kept with a better flush mount housing....

Any idea if these fit the Jeep Gladiator JT? I know these are made for the JL though.

They can’t do a 3 year warranty because they know their products won’t last that long and would go out of business because they would be sending out more warranty orders than they would be new orders. ?

Sorry about that, I have been off for a few days. Out in the woods with no access to internet.

The flush mount certainly look great. I have them on mine as well as other lights. I'm not gentle on my Jeep at all. While there was an isolated issue with a batch of tail lights, we have identified this issue and are taking the necessary steps to remedy all affected parties.
