I love the way the @ORACLElights flush mount tail lights look. Unfortunately I’m now experiencing issues, for a second time, with the passenger side light. The light has basically stopped working. When you turn the lights on, it is very very dim and the brake/turns do not work at all. The first time I had an issue Oracle stood behind their product and sent a replacement passenger tail light. Could not be happier with the customer service that was provided at that time. But having it happen twice now leads me to have concerns about the quality of the light. At this moment I have not reached out yet to see if they will still stand behind their product again. Has anyone else had repeated issues with their flush mount tail lights?

I had to replace both lights. Now, had issues a third time with passenger light. Just completely stopped working. Oracle will definitely stand behind their product but the quality is just not there. I got tired of constantly checking to see if they were working properly and just put the oem back on.

Hello I had the same problem, I was told to have the service department at my dealership reprogram the system. The manager there said they could not do that. I just sent them back and put the factory taillights back on.

I had the same problem with my lights and Ive seen countless others with issues as well. With that information I decided to put the factory LEDs back on. If the lights were around $150 with the same warranty, I would consider purchasing again.

Bought a 2020 Overland Gladiator with a defective taillight. Seller replaced the set. Just over a year later the Driver’s side taillight “died”. Warranty was good for a year.
As has been expressed, “l’m not paying that kind of money for a product that only lasts a spit’s distance beyond the warranty’s end, no matter how good it looks, either”
LED aftermarkets seem to be a problem when it comes to longevity/dependability. Still trying to decide what and which to go with, before l get a ticket.

Someone on here pointed out that it's not actually a good sign that so many people praise the Oracle customer service. With a better product, you'd never learn how good the customer service is.

I don’t disagree with this, one would hope they never have to find out how good a companies customer service is. Luckily I have received good customer service from them twice now.

I know how you feel. I’m currently running one flush mount light and one OEM light until the replacement arrives. I didn’t want to chance getting pulled over for not having a working tail light on the passenger side. Especially since my 3rd brake light is not working.

Get a Tazer, one of the models will allow you to change it in the computer.

Hopefully I won’t have an issue for a third time. But they have stood behind their product twice now.

For me, I like the look of the flush mount over the OEM. The OEM’s are timeless Jeep to me, and do look good.

People who wheel a lot have complained that the OEM lights stick out too far and get ripped off on trails. It actually happened to a guy I know. So I could see why for some there is an advantage of replacing them with something flush.

After seeing many people have constant issues and mine being out of warranty i said goodbye to my Oracle flush mount tail lights today after my passenger side quit working about 2 months ago and installed Alpha Rex tail lights. They aren't flush mount but they do have a 2 year warranty so hopefully they last longer and hold up better.

Yeah, i could see that. Man if its ripping off the tail light, like the bed taking damage? crazy. But the gladiator has some fantastic looking tail lights, and the 2025 tail lights are just a work of art. even up close at night they just look great, like space age techie looking
