You quoted where I pointed out the pricing is NOT at the bottom. I saved nearly 7k a few miles away on a comparably equipped Max Tow.
What dealership did you go to? I am in the process of getting ready to order the Sport S also.

I tried them all and none of them can compete with Kent and his 8% off invoice....unfortunately he is super busy and hard to nail down some days....was supposed to finalize my order today but never heard back from him....ugghhh

Your best bet is to email Kent directly: [email protected] tell him the build you are looking for, and have him work up a quote for a build. Easy peasy.
If I live in California is it hard to buy a vehicle from [email protected] ? Smog and Registration etc.? Please no Cali smack. I love my state as much as you love yours.

Also, not hard as in the drive home. That would be the cool part. "Sorry honey, I have to get off the highway and hit some trails. Its not good for the break period to drive from Idaho to San Diego if I drive highway all the way home!"

no not hard. You’ll pay CA registration at the dmv and no new vehicle needs smogged for 5 years

as others have pointed out, it is no issue buying out of state they will take care of all dmv issues for you and you will still have to pay Cali taxes though...

I just saved over $6K off $53,355 sticker by going through Kent
Plan on making it a nice little road trip on drive home and stop in Tahoe as my halfway point and stay a few days up there....can't wait!! I'm excited as hell and just finalized my order this morning:handsinair:

His price was little over 6% below invoice with control # and FCA finance. Idk why, he did not want to match other dealer’s 8% off even after showing quote. So i passed

Hi guys, total noob here who was recently bitten by the Jeep bug after renting one recently for a trip to Tahoe after a fresh few feet of snow storm had rolled through....picked ups JLU Sahara at Ontario airport and was very impressed how well it drove at high speeds and obviously how fun it was in the snow....compared to the JK's we rent in Hawaii, the JL seemed like a pretty nice step up and now I've been trying to convince the boss we need another toy.....anyway long story short dragged her with me to local Jeep dealer here in Temecula to look at some JLUR's and to my surprise I see her checking out the JT's....lol so now I think the JT is th way to go.....sold my Taco a few years ago and miss having a truck. best of both worlds get my Jeep and a truck for the price of one!! win win!

anyways, I was searching the usual sites and found Peterson's has some amazing discounts right now, especially on the left over 2020's like $59K msrp for $47K sale prices.....called them today, but kinda got weird vibe form the internet sales lady who really didn't have any answers on simple questions and took my contact info and was supposed to email me and have Kent get a hold of me after I mentioned his name, but never got email or heard back form Kent on my phone

Just wondering if anybody has experience with them as far as being legit with their advertised prices.....noticed an ugly trend with many Jeep dealers and misleading online prices here locally with many dealers.....any tips or story is welcomed. Thanks!

also, wtf is with some of these hilarious dealer add ons??? I mean Iknow they need to make money to pay the bills, but sheesh....Was at Huntington Beach Jeep today and was laughing at their $4495 "dealer additions" wow.....sad they get people to actually pay for that nonsense.

Thanks again! Hope to see some of you soon on some trails!

If you work with Petersons do not deal with ordinary salesperson. You want to talk to Kent Shurtleff ([email protected]). He will get you a fantastic price. I bought my Wrangler there and got such a good deal I bought my Gladiator there as well. Short flight from Seattle to Boise, he picked me up, and within a couple hours I was on the road. I did order both vehicles custom. Both ended up being about $3,000 less than I would have paid locally.
