POS? Perhaps you can find a buyer for your POS as currently it's probably worth what or very near what you paid for it. In the meantime, to keep you from being embarrassed for owning a Jeep and because you are such an authority on shit, you could always disguise your current POS as a Yugo, or a VW, or perhaps a 2021 Ford Bronco. Best of luck.....
But it's a POS. I'll give ya 10$ for your POS! :CWL: :fingerscrossed:

Thanks for the post. I relocated my aux battery and ran 1/0 up through a grommet I found, leaving only about 1/16" gap on either side of the wire where it routes up through the hole. This was weeks ago but I've been noticing a high pitched howling. I assumed that I put my jack back in a slightly different orientation or maybe I just needed to reseat my front top panels. It wasn't loud, just a bit annoying and OCD triggering hah.

After hearing more folks talk about how much noise can be generated by even a small of breach, I pulled the carpet and hit it with some rubber tape to seal it entirely. The noise is now gone. I'm still shocked that those itty bitty gaps caused such a ruckus.

The hole for your speaker on your phone is how small. And how loud can you play music with it. .

You just have to look for them. They are usually round your monitor in a dim room right next to the fruit fly's. You may have to squint a bit to see the Buffalo Fly though.

………..

If you're getting lots of strange noise, check your floor drain plug.
Thanks for posting this.
I am always driving without the plugs so water can get out.
Considered the noise as normal, though….

It also blows hot air on your feet....

ask me how i know
I used this hole to run the derringer cables thru. it was difficult to get your hand in there to put the plug back in! I also used a CATV wire gromit around the wires to keep water out
Can you elaborate and share the solution?
I drilled about a 1/2" hole in the plug and used a rubber gromit around the wires to seal it up. fortunately I have some satellite cable gromits that work great for 1/2" size holes
