Pennzoil platinum 0w20 ( probably try something different soon) .

One of lake speed jr videos I noticed he was trying to get the iron ppm to 5 or under on his car.

You have to put it in the perspective of how many miles are on that oil. the PPM will increase with more miles on the oil and it doesn't mean a worse analysis.
So we can't compare without knowing how many miles were on this oil.
If you changed it at say 3,000 miles and someone goes 10K and has double your numbers, theirs may still be better than yours.

It's says on the analysis... 4500-5000 miles

LSJr has a business interest in the company SPEEDiagnostix that does the reports he shows in his videos. It is one of the more expensive ones and I think it gives probably the best amount of information details.

I have used Blackstone for going on 20+ years but recently have switch to Oil Analyzers as a better value and a more accurate fuel dilution testing that Blackstone just guesses based off the flashpoint numbers. I do think Blackstone does have the best report layout when looking at the numbers and comparing over time across multiple samples.

All three companies have their +/-.

For accurate analysis, you need to do a double-oil change.............
Just doing a drain and refill of a new oil may well skew your numbers and make things look worse than they would if there was no mixing of oils at all.
Changing "brands" will only show accurate results if you do two changes to the new oil and go from there.
In other words, you can't drain out oil A, put in oil B and then drive 4500 miles and do the analysis. You'll need to drain A, put in B, then run it a bit and then drain that out and put in fresh B.
Otherwise any comparison is pretty much a waste..

Here is two threads I have on oil analysis on my current 2025 JT and 2022 JT. Plenty of Blackstone reports and my first couple Oil Analyzer reports. There is a mix of 0W-20, 5W-30 and 5W-40 reports.

What does this accomplish that is better than examining each oil filter removed after a change ?

And so if a novice does this test how does one know a # listed is bad ?
Secondly if you see a bad # are ya gonna tear the motor down and rebuild it ?
Thirdly: the bottom end on these are very strong so its always top end issues .
Fourth : ticks versus analysis ..each will say yep your cam is ready to push up Daisy's
Fifth : ya tear into it one waybor the other is this hmjust extra money out of your pocket for the same result ?

IMHO I think antifreeze in oil would be the biggest tell tell in an analysis.

The oil filter won't show what an analysis will - it only filters down so far. There can be trace elements like copper, silicone, and others that show increased wear but not to the point of chunks in a filter.
HOWEVER,
If you use a good oil, don't exceed the oil life monitor's numbers, you will have a boring report.
Mine always showed - nothing. Boring, no big deal. I only proved to myself what I already knew - the oil life monitor was very accurate if using a decent oil, and a properly functioning engine isn't going to be interesting at all.
What to do if the numbers are off or scary? Make sure your "rainy day" account has money in it. You can't do much about it, really.
About all you can do is look for issues if the report shows maybe the air filter isn't doing a good job - look for leaks, an improperly seated or installed air filter, or maybe keep track of coolant if the glycol numbers are high, or keep track if fuel contamination is shown. Otherwise, not much you can do but sit back and wait.

Yeah maybe you have a point it is just that warning that ya better be padding that repair fund . And when it decides to throw in its chips ya go to work fixing it.
