As Erievon said, you’re good to go!

Have fun.

Have a heat gun/hair dryer handy for the window regulator nuts…

Now I just need the part to come, and I will be good. Unless I attempt to take it off my sahara.

Just wait. Why have to take the Sahara apart twice? It'll be here before you know it. Leave the factory parts in place. The one you remove will be the one you reach for and will be po'd at yourself for removing.

I had no problem with mine. One side came apart pretty easily, the other I simply worked it back and forth about 3 or 4 times and it eventually loosened up and came right apart.
The key is patience. I think it was about 40 degrees when I did mine.

Got my parts, and got it all installed and programed with Jscan.

Let me ask one question.

So I only did the driver side door, when I go up to the driver side door and slide my hand behind the doorknob, is it supposed to unlock all the doors? Or just the driver door? Right now it's only doing the driver door. Is this normal? It locks all the doors, when I press the button on the handle.

Is it possible to get it to unlock all the doors as well?

That's a setting in the settings on the radio screen. If when you press the fob button once it unlocks only the driver door it will do the same with the passive entry/proximity locks.
You can choose in the locks settings to unlock driver only, or all doors.

I just did both front doors yesterday, and mine unlocks all the doors. There's a setting in the uconnect that I think you can just to either 'just the driver' or 'all doors'.

That's normal. It's an option you can change in Uconnect. You can have the passive door handle either unlock just that one door, or have it unlock all doors. Unlocking the driver door only is the default behavior.

You can find it under the Settings menu on the radio if you want to change it.

I had mine changed when I first bought the truck before I installed the passive entry. Passive entry follows your settings for the FOB unlock.
I set mine the day I bought my truck to unlock all doors so when I installed passive entry, it also unlocked all doors.

I love you guys!!! Got everything going. Really happy now, it was the only thing missing no more fiddling to find the key.

On a side note, is there any other good settings to change in Jscan worth looking at?
