Hello all!
I’ve had my 21 Overland for a little over 2 years now and currently sitting at about 25k miles on the odometer. I’ve always kept with the recommended oil change intervals and recently replaced front and rear diff fluids. I do have an AEV lift kit and 35s on them. So my question is, are there any recommended maintenance y’all recommend at my current interval/mileage?

You have done pretty much everything so far I would recommend. Maybe throw in a transfer case fluid change but I would not say that would be critical at this current mileage.

Going forward, I think the diffs and transfer case fluid every 30K miles is a good practice. I would maybe consider looking into having the transmission fluid and filter changed around the 50K-75K mile mark. That is generally where the transmission designer (ZF) recommends even though Jeep calls it a "lifetime" fill.

When rotating your tires, check and monitor brake pad wear. At about the 3 year mark is where they recommend flushing and changing the brake fluid. Most people usually wait until the first major brake pad/rotor service and deal with brake fluid then.

Lastly, following the owners manual recommendations is a bare minimum in my opinion. I would take note from it that if you do heavy water fording, to count on doing differential oil changes more frequently.

Check your wheel bearings, brake caliper bolts, swaybar link bolts, control arm bolts, steering gearbox bolts, trackbar bolts, ball joints, Pitman arm nut, and every other nut and bolt you can find on moving parts. Check the bushings on these components as well, especially the bushings on the AEV end links. There's a recent thread here about there possibly being a bad batch of them that deteriorate prematurely.

Maybe you are already check it or change it, but just to confirm, check/change your air intake filter and A/C filter too ?

Indicator signal fluid, too. That stuff tends to evaporate quickly. BMW tend to forget to install the fluid reservoirs on their vehicles.

I use Valvoline 75w140 in both ends....Buy the it in the easy-fill bags from Walmart. No pump, little to no mess. And remember, Dana, the manufacturer of the axles, recommends 75w140. Jeep recommends thinner gear lube for CAFE reasons. It would probably be fine, but Dana doesn´t care about CAFE. They care about service and longevity. You won´t see a difference in gas mileage in the real world. I change mine every 20k to 30k. I changed my Gladiator at 35k and the fluid looked decent in the rear and excellent in the front, so 30k would probably be just right.

For OP....The transfer case is pretty easy. Use any ATF+4. Even the Walmart Supertech formula meets the very strict recipe for that fluid, so save some money. If you want to go crazy with a fluid that is superior but still meets the ATF+4 requirements, go for Redline ATF C+. But it is overkill and is expensive. I run it in my JL´s manual transmission, but that is only because it is a hobby. My JK with 193,000 miles on it has run Walmart ATF+4 and even Walmart gear lube (75w90) and it performs like new. The rings/pinions look like new.

I changed a buddy´s transfer case fluid at 200,000 miles. It had never been changed. It still looked shockingly good and still had a bright red color to it. I don´t recommend that, but the T-case does not work very hard unless you are in 4wd. That said, I still change it every 30k in my Jeeps. It´s super cheap with Walmart ATF+4. Maybe $12 bucks or so.
