This is why I ended up going angled down from Rock Hard. I'm almost certain I'm going JKS 3.5 and 37's and the performance rock rail just didn't give enough drop for the boss of the house to get in. Love the look of them though.

Just my opinion--lots of $, OK for the mall, no beef for the trail. With the 1" wide Shur tape on the tops of my Rock Hard angled up, they will do well as steps, have the beef, a lot cheaper.

Wish they showed some pictures of these installed. Look promising.

just installed performance rock rails and I love them. Wife and oldest have no trouble but it’s still a stretch with 5 year old. Also I’m still stock rubicon. I guess she better grow before I put in lift :)

Has anyone tried these
Rugged Ridge 11504.38 RRC Rocker Guards for 2020 Jeep Gladiator JT
They say they bolt to the frame, but the mounts look a little weak to me. looking for something that doesn't break the bank, but will be atleast some body protection. Not planning on doing any serious rock crawling, but you never know.

They are for cosmetic purposes only. They bolt to the body, and are not strong enough to use as an actual rock rail.

We are pretty pleased with our RSE step sliders. We have had them a little less than a month so no word on durability. They do kiss the rear fender flares when flexing the suspension, but that doesn't bother me. I love the extra side protection and the step perfectly splits the entry height on our JTR with 2" lift and 37s. Just over 3200 miles in 5 weeks of ownership.
