I have. The sidesteps sort of get in the way but you can still get the flaps on.
I cannot seem to get the thumb screws to go in completely flush against the inner fender wall, the 3 flap holes do not seem to align perfectly with the 3 vehicle holes and so you end up having to put the thumb screws in at a slight angle. This might have to do with the Overland steps pushing against the flap — will know soon as I have received Rubicon rock rails and will install them soon.
Hard to see in the photos but at least my experience was that I “felt” the screws angled trajectory when screwing them in.

Rokblokz team recently got back to me and updated their install instructions to accommodate the Overland trim. Basically entails putting the mount clips on the vehicle mount tabs directly (as opposed to the flap). It’s only day 1 with this setup, but seems to work well! Haven’t had time yet to tackle the rears.

I am about to install the front and rear flaps in my Overland—can you tell if these are the updated instructions, or if I have to do something different with some of the mount tabs?

At least for the fronts, this is what I did: I did not follow the printed instructions. Just like the inside clip that goes on the body, I installed the other two clips on the fender tabs between the outer fender and the fender liner. Thread the thumb screws through first before trying to add the flaps. This allows you to line-up the threads easier. Once you do this, slide the flap between the liner and the tabs. Then you can install the thumb screws fairly easy. Doing it this way, I had zero clearance issues with anything and they fit great.

I haven’t gotten to the rears yet as I’m trading them out for the XL’s instead of the originals.

When installing the driver rear, did you retain the “heat shield” bracket? I had the electrical bracket and one more behind it that looked like it might have been a heat shield for the exhaust hanger. I ended up leaving it out as it pushed my RB bracket out too far. Didn’t see anything about it in the instructions or anyone mentioning it here.

Wow! I was about to order a set. Maybe I won’t now. They're way too expensive to be falling apart like that. Any idea how it happened?
No idea, I just drove it on the freeway today. I heard some noise when I came into my neighborhood, and saw it when I got out.

Probably will be covered under warranty.

Please let us know if you get a hard time.
