I have. The sidesteps sort of get in the way but you can still get the flaps on.Anyone installed these with the OEM Overland sidesteps?
I am about to install the front and rear flaps in my Overland—can you tell if these are the updated instructions, or if I have to do something different with some of the mount tabs?Rokblokz team recently got back to me and updated their install instructions to accommodate the Overland trim. Basically entails putting the mount clips on the vehicle mount tabs directly (as opposed to the flap). It’s only day 1 with this setup, but seems to work well! Haven’t had time yet to tackle the rears.
At least for the fronts, this is what I did: I did not follow the printed instructions. Just like the inside clip that goes on the body, I installed the other two clips on the fender tabs between the outer fender and the fender liner. Thread the thumb screws through first before trying to add the flaps. This allows you to line-up the threads easier. Once you do this, slide the flap between the liner and the tabs. Then you can install the thumb screws fairly easy. Doing it this way, I had zero clearance issues with anything and they fit great.I am about to install the front and rear flaps in my Overland—can you tell if these are the updated instructions, or if I have to do something different with some of the mount tabs?
They do mention it in the videoWhen install the driver rear, did you retain the “heat shield” bracket? I had the electrical bracket and one more behind it that looked like it might have been a shear shield for the exhaust hanger. I ended up leaving it out as it pushed my RB bracket out to far. Didn’t see anything about it in the instructions or anyone mentioning it hear.
Sweet... that’s what I did. Glad I don’t have to redo anything. They do mention it in the video
Wow! I was about to order a set. Maybe I won’t now. They're way too expensive to be falling apart like that. Any idea how it happened?Noticed my front one was torn apart today, never used offroad

No idea, I just drove it on the freeway today. I heard some noise when I came into my neighborhood, and saw it when I got out.Wow! I was about to order a set. Maybe I won’t now. They're way too expensive to be falling apart like that. Any idea how it happened?
Probably will be covered under warranty. No idea, I just drove it on the freeway today. I heard some noise when I came into my neighborhood, and saw it when I got out.
I wonder if the cutout to clear the Mojave rock rails is just too much and doesn’t leave enough material. That would be a bummer.Noticed my front one was torn apart today, never used offroad
