When the dealer had the plastic off inspecting he indicated that there where hairline cracks all along the outside edge where the sealant is? He also said he has seen this several times. Now I wait until mid April for new rear glass.

Guess I get to join the club as well, mines leaking on the right side( passenger side ) where the glass meets the hardtop have some rain getting down on the inside the last few times it’s rained mine is a 2020

No pushback at all from the Service Dept:
Here is the summary.
Concern: Customer states rear window leaks.
Cause: Water tested and saw leak. Removed trim and saw a crack in window casing.
Correction: Digital image, Okayed by Chrysler. Ordered glass.
No estimate on glass arrival date, however.

Spoke with my dealer yesterday, they are going to replace the window. Going through the Warranty process with FCA. Said the window is on backorder and they arent sure how long it will take to come in. Luckily i still have 5weeks before i can drive while recovering from ankle surgery.

So is the Toledo plant still running at full beans? Given all the talk of chip shortages and plant shutdowns or throttling, one would think it would give the rear window supplier time to back fill warranty claim orders.
