Good luck! It took my local Jeep dealer 4 months to get a window. Jeep Cares definitely help push it along.

Been having lots of rain in KC lately and just noticed the leak. My preferred dealer is 1.5 hours away so going to try the local dealer. They are notorious for being difficult and ignoring people who really do know their jeep.

Landmark Jeep in Independence helped me out. I did but it there too though, so maybe they're partial.

Bringing mine in on Wednesday this week for this issue. First issue ive had in 13 months. Luckily Im have foot/ankle surgery on Thursday and wont be driving for a while so they can keep the Jeep to fix it.

Just noticed the leak in mine today. 2020 Rubicon w 10k miles on it. Major puddle behind the back passenger seat in the cubby. Looks like the dealer shouldn’t be surprised when I call next week.

Found out today that my repair hasn’t yet been authorized, over 2 weeks after they assessed it. The service advisor had told me it was approved for repair when I picked it up. Now they need a picture of my odometer, because the fat-fingered tech entered an extra digit on my mileage, resulting in my Jeep appearing to be out of warranty. Ugh...

Still waiting on glass. It has been since the first week of January. Jeep cares has not been of any assistance in getting it expedited. Getting a bit annoyed with their lack of urgency.

Rear glass replacement was approved today. Took 1 week for approval. New part is ordered and I am told to expect 2 weeks for delivery.

UPDATE on glass delivery date: My Jeep case agent called yesterday (she calls weekly) and said the estimated date is April 19. That would 1.5 months from dealer visit to repair if the part arrives. My rep wasn't able to answer the "why so long" question.

My back glass was finally replaced today after 4 months! Dealer did a great job on the install and I don’t see any damage to the top. Now I’ll have to wait for the next big storm to see if that resolves the issue.
