I just opened up the control box and rerouted the positive lead through a hole I drilled out.
I’m not sure how the spacer solution works as recommended by another user, but this works for me. It’s super tight, just touches the grill but I’m not sure that the spacer place would do anything for the winch plate unless you drilled new holes into the winch plate.

Thank you very much for sending this info, perfect idea. I was thinking of rerouting through the gap below the box; but this works much better and looks much better too! Re-drilling the winch plate was my next option.
I greatly appreciate your help!!

Question, how did everyone run their fog wiring harness? I kinda wrapped it up and tucked it between the bumper and the winch plate. Put some tape on there, but I know its not ideal.

Any ideas are welcome! Loving this bumper!

There’s another harness that I ran mine along with using zip ties. With the Arcus there will be some excess wiring, just bundle it together and use some zip ties.

Here are some mediocre pics I snapped just now.

Ah, great info! Thank you. I will permanently do this over the weekend. I didn't even think about that!

Just mounted the RR Arcus with a HF 12k Apex Badland winch.

The OEM Rubicon LED fog lights mount right up contrary to the info stating otherwise.

Used an alternate Shackle mount from Teraflex, but had to open up the Arcus shell and cut the round nib off the back of the Shackle mount. Both were easy using a Sawzall with metal blade.

Mine started to rust within a week of installing it. Mostly around the four bolts that secure the bumper and hooks, and also the hooks themselves.
This was where the paint was rubbed off on install.

I’d recommend spraying/coating the bolts with some plastidip to keep the oxidation at bay. I used rustoleum’s rubberized undercoating version because I had a can in the shed and it was surprisingly an exact match to the powder coat. Has held up for 3k miles. Touch ups if necessary will be a 1 min job..

Love your setup! Clean! Can you share the pieces for the flatlink/fairlead/license plate mount for us that had to keep the front plate?

Flatlink is the Warn Epic Sidewinder
Fairlead is the one that came with the Warn EVO winch
Plate mount is from Cascadia 4x4, It's called the 'Flipster v3'

I would do it all over again the same way, but would probably go with a cheaper/slimmer flat link. I didn't realize how THICC that Warn one was until I had it in hand.

Thanks for the heads up.

Living in a high salt air environment, I am already proactive with any outdoor metals.

I found a perfect match for touch ups after opening the Hideous Hook Holes* in the shell a little to make room for the sloping face of the Teraflex shackle mount.

Does the plate fold down flush with the fairlead or is the flatlink still too big?

When you say "cut the round nib off the back of the shackle mount" are you talking about the part that kind of sticks out the front around the 'root' of the shackle mount? I'm torn between trying to replace the horns with these shackle mounts, or using the spacer to raise my lights above the horns.

Get the shackle mounts. Much cleaner look and dont get in the way. Shackle mounts offer more function as well.
