I know that there are multiple threads in regards to the 20 hole OEM steel wheels but can’t seem to find what I am looking for.

I have a 2020 Sport Non-Max Tow and am trying decide between the 20 hole steelies or the AEV Salta. I would like to run 37x11.5 (or 12.5) and be as tucked as possible with the AEV 2 or 2.5 inch lift. My question, for those of you running this setup or utilizing the spare in a pinch, how much of a wheel spacer are you having to utilize for the change in tire size? Does anybody have pictures of this setup? If this information is elsewhere in the forum, I’d love a link! I’ve searched a hundred times.

I understand that. I currently have stock 17x7.5 inch rims with a 44 offset. The steel rim, to my knowledge, has the same measurements. I guess my question is how much of a spacer would I need for tire clearance, or if anybody is running this setup, what is your lift/tire size/spacer usage.

You shouldn’t need any spacers with an 11.5 inch wide tire on stock (steel) rims and a 2” lift.

so I have a mojave and due to the widetrac axles i need an 1in to get +20mm offset to fit my 37s optimally. im running stock sport wheels +44 with a 1in BORA spacer. since you have a thinner axle im gonna say you need a spacer in the 1.50 to 1.75 range to get similar fitment. i wish mine tucked a little more but i would have to cut my oe studs to fit just a .75. since you are running steelies tho they wont have any pockets on the mounting surface so you will need a spacer that is deep as your OE studs are long at a min to mount the wheels. the OE stud length is 1.50 so i believe that will be the smallest spacer you can run with steelies

Mojave aluminum and steel (spare wheels) have about 0.29" less inset than others.

Check out Rotiform STL wheels. They have the steel wheel look, but are actually aluminum so you're saving quite a bit of weight compared to the steel wheels.

The Mojave spare steel rims have 19 holes, and there is that awkward blank spot where there should be a hole to designate that it is a different rim then other trims….Jack

the steel spare wheels weigh about a pound more than the stock aluminum wheels.

Yeah, with 3.73 and wanting to run 37" tires, I would be looking to cut weight, not add. Aluminum wheels is what I would use.
