I have to say, I am pretty impressed with this list.

I don’t know that I’d switch teams over it, but still...

Look, I’ll be 70 next birthday.

Nobody wants to see me with my pants off.
Well, we are the same age. Yea, pants off is not pretty.

Back on topic, if I could find the bolt sizes I’d just buy some stainless and be done with it.

Not sure I'd like the look of stainless bolts in those positions. Seems contrary to the over-all appearance. And - it would mean you'd need to replace all such bolts.

As far as finding them - easy as heck - Amazon or McMaster-Carr

Someone lineman at the factory was like “hey, watch this, I’m gonna swap out the plated bolts with these painted ones on this 2025 and a few others. Eventually they’re going to start rusting…THEN someone is going to post on a forum about them….and THEN people will get in an argument over politics.”

lineman #2: “I don’t know man, that seems like a bit of a stretch.”

lineman #1: “naw, you gotta play that long game.”

Instead of factory bolts, there might be a solution from AMERICAN ADVENTURE LAB. I was looking at their aluminum antenna and lighting mounting brackets for JL/JT so I can mount an NMO antenna. There might be a minor Standing Wave Ratio signal-bounce back due to proximity of the A-Piller. But the point for this thread is the slightly longer bolts they provide to accommodate the spacers and ample bracket thickness, might be stainless steel button heads. I should ask them if these are plated, or stainless but for non-bracket applications, is there a stainless, button head, Torx bit bolt of the undoubtably metric thread and length to replace the STELLANTIS ahh, rust grade bolts?

Again, Amazon or McMaster-Carr
Those aren't specially made bolts for just one application. They'll be pretty standard.
It's not rocket science. Pull one, measure it and look it up on any bolt supply site.

If mine rust, I'll just plate them.

The ones that go in from the top certainly are.

It's a shouldered bolt. Go pull one out and measure it.

I'd rather not mess up the plating or paint on mine, but have found shoulder bolts quite similar within 2 minutes, so it's still possible. An alternative is a bolt with a sleeve. Problem solved.
There's no way you have to use a MOPAR screw there.

People Work?
Peanut Gallery:
Jeep will replace them with more just like them from the same supplier.
If it was mine, I'd pull them out, clean them up, and either paint or Cerakote the bolts and washers.

Get some from a wrecked Jeep, send them to me, black zinc plating. Then spray them with Eastwood clear if desired for even MORE protection.

Haha! If you have the correct tools, you won't mess up anything any more than it already has been from initial installation.

Either way, they aren't standard off-the-shelf shouldered bolts available from the typical sources. I know you find it hard to believe that, but it's true. When my 2021 Mojave was new, I noticed a slight bit of orange around the washers of the upper cowl screws. I removed them & took measurements and went to McMaster-Carr. Nothing matched. Not a standard shouldered bolt, and no sleeves to be used with a standard screw. I supposed that something could be made/machined using standard stuff as a starting point, but I abandoned the project at that point. I applied 3M Cavity Wax to my existing screws, let it dry, then re-installed them. That was over 4 years ago and the rust has not come back.

Yea being a plastic panel there it can only be cheep hardware. Easy enough to remove, one at a time, to be taken with you to match up with? Brass? Stainless? Aluminum? Something that will stand the test of time.
