Can you (I) remove passenger seat to set up a sleeping system for fishing trips? Thanks.

The width needs just a bit more. My prior vehicle was a SILVERADO 1500-- nice and comfy for a *nap* with the seat in up position.

I can’t think of a good way to sleep in the cab. If you wanted something easy a soft topper (I saw a certain brand that is also a tonneau cover as well) with the tent extension would be quick and easy for trips. You could put a bedrug floor liner in and with a sleeping beg be ok.

I can't imagine sleeping in the cab even at 6'. Why the need for stealth exactly? Bed rack + hardshell RTT for quick setup and breakdown is my game plan.

How stealth are you talking about? A bivy tent with a cot rack is a comfortable and warm proposition if you can make it fly.
STEALTH... as in a market parking lot... or on a side road... WAITING FOR THE TIDE TO CHANGE ? <which was why I was going to buy a 4 runner...but I love the Gladiator>

Im 5' 5 and can comfortably sleep in the back of my ford focus so I shouldn't have problems in the back of a jeep. I'm definitely coming up with a way I can sleep in the back. Sometimes I just stay the night in the woods by a fire at my dad's property and don't feel like pitching a tent

So more low profile than fish poacher. I'd say a bed tent wouldn't be a bad idea.

I am 6'-5", I used to sleep in the back of my Ram Mega cab.
A standard air mattress fit well in there.
But that is WAY more room than a JT has, I would never even try it in a JT

I do wish they did a similar thing in the JT where the seat bottom drops and creates a lower flat loading area like my Ram had.
It seems so odd to me how high the seat are in the JT when folded.
And that they say not to actually put anything on it.

Airbedz makes an air mattress for the back seat of the JT. It has blow up sections that fill up the floor, making the mattress go all the way to the back of the front seat. Might work, and stealthy.

I used todo the same in my SILVERADO. WAS GREAT for 3 or 4 hour crash.... then back to fishing.

I'm with ya. I sleep in the passenger seat and like the stealth, quiet and warmth vs. a tent or sleeping in the bed. A foot platform helps get a decent reclined position. But I'm also a little vertically challenged so it works for me.

Went to the Napier site and they don't include Gladiators in the model tab. Your picture looks like the Backroadz Truck Tent 19 - which size is it from the chart?
