I went over everything that I touched while installing. I know for certain that the pittman arm didn’t move. I marked that beforehand. All torques rechecked good. Nothing appears to be binding and it’s not making any noises. I adjusted the drag link and straightened it out. Took very little adjustment. I’ll keep checking it periodically and watch for any strange steering behavior.

Thank you, all.

I installed one bt Synergy and as I recall mine also moved a very small amount. A minor DL adjustment corrected it.

These holes on the axles and frame appears to be in SAE while bolts are metric, and full threaded does helps either. Other than the DL and TR, my steering is always off little whenever i RR trackbar, control arms etc.

I'm pretty its caused when the bolts that hold the steering box a removed. That box isn't going to be in the exact place when the bracket and new bolts are used. A little movement along shafts are going to exaggerate. Your drag link adjustment should be all that is required.

If the box was not torqued correctly from the factory as I have seen videos of. The box moving as much as some do I believe it could have a slightly new center position when torqued correctly but I don't think it would effect it as much as you are showing sitting still. I would think if that was the case it would of felt some awful sloppy before ya put the brace on .
