Stop/Start Upgrade

I just purchased a Stop/Start “plug and play” that allows you to turn off Stop/Start permanently. Purchased from Amazon. Looks simple, I cannot figure out where this plugs in! Zero instructions in box, only what is displayed on Amazon website. 2022 Glad with Auto. Anyone care to share where this plug and play “plugs” in?

based purely on the fact that a trim tool is pictured, I'd guess that it goes inline with the auto stop/start button

I have that panel removed. No where do I see the plug(s) as shown in the photo. Three plugs in rear of OB port, none the shape of these plugs. I am not looking at the right place, in the neighborhood!

It plugs inline to the security gateway under the steering wheel

I'd be wary of plugging anything like that in and leaving it. Seems like a cheaply engineered wizbang that is just going to cause issues down the road.

There are a few things I want to use a Tazer for but first want to be sure it will cause no issues.

You would think that Jeep would have made it easier to turn off the feature. Maybe a button on the dash or something.

It's likely the Chinese backdoor IP theft version of the original. Possibly even made in the same plant. LOL

OP here. Chinese knock off on it’s way back to Amazon, ordered one from the company in VA that invented these. Try again next week. Still can’t see the damn plug, above the UD port three inches, tight quarters up there.

In the bcm under the dash on the drivers side. Pull off the panel under the steering wheel and be prepared to possibly skin your knuckle on the bar that it’s hiding under lol. Easy install just a bit tight

It's not easy to get to.
You COULD lay down the outermost hood switch and ignore the messages and have the same results.
