Installed two inch front synergy springs today along with synergy bump stops and Mopar extended LCA’s.

Two inch springs were a good choice for weight of bumper, winch plate, winch. Went from 21 inches measured from center hub to outer bend in fender to 23 inches. I’m sure they will settle a bit over time.

Drivers side spring has an inward bow. Two nubs on top spring isolator are correctly poking through. Passenger side is straight. Bow is not bad enough to cause rubbing. Maybe an adj track bar would fix it.

If you got a full 2" lift with them, then likely there's some shifting of the axle to the left, causing the top of the spring to be offset from the bottom.
These are flat top and bottom springs and should sit as straight up and down as possible. They are guaranteed to not bow.
You got a lot more lift than I did - I'm sitting at about 1.25" on mine but then the steel bumper, heavy Apex winch, 2" front receiver and the power steps - a lot of weight.
But they sure handle the weight of a snow plow great in the winter.

That inward bow is not that bad. I ran pretty much the same setup on my 2022 Rubicon prior to my AEV lift install and had about the same slight inward deflection.

I would suggest getting some new sway bar 2" end links though. I would recommend the MOPAR ones that come out of the 2" MOPAR lift kit.

Thanks. End links were something I assumed I needed but could not decide on quick disconnect or not. Also was unsure about fitment as some sites were conflicting with such a minor lift from the springs. Think you are right though about Mopar, cheap and easy. Though with my springs I’m sure they did not lift the same height as a Mopar lift kit would.

I did but that’s with zero miles. I would like to keep the two inches but I assume I will lose some over time.

Yeah, it will settle some over time - but you can always stick in Daystar 3/4" spacers, Synergy says it's ok with their springs.

Maybe the angle of the picture, but your sway bar looks like it is points nose down, should be about 5 degrees nose up. It is not so much the spring resting height, but the spring at full extension that can be an issue with the sway bar and end links.

Maybe a better look. Sway bar looks to be level with the frame unless I’m looking at it incorrectly.

Inward bow on drivers side spring is now fixed. The spring when I originally installed had the synergy branding and part number printed on the spring facing the frame of the truck. Tonight I turned the spring by drooping the axle and using some spring compressors to get enough slack to turn the spring without removing the spring. I turned the spring to have the synergy branding facing outward towards the wheel. Magically the slight inward spring bow is now gone and the spring is straight. Eighter the synergy springs are manufactured in a way that it does matter how they are installed or the simple act of me "reseating" the spring made a difference.

Sway bar looks okay to me. Not sure how much difference in ride/handling you will get with a slightly longer length.

Installed Mopar extended end links. I belive this is now a healthy upward angle on the sway bar.

Has it settled any? Do you bottom out with extra people on board?

If it’s settled it’s not noticeable. The springs are now paired with bilstein 5100’s and everything is nice and firm. Zero feeling of bottoming out on say a speed bump. I’m not sure what plays the role there, the springs or shocks. I’m super happy with the setup.
