2024 Annual Detailing
This was a slog!
I had to take several breaks, due to my 93 year old dad having some health issues. I fear his days are numbered now, and working on this thing whenever I had the time has been therapeutic.
I do my best thinking when I'm thinking about something else.
Washed everything top to bottom and underneath.
The complete undercarriage was cleaned and wiped down with Chemical Gus Barebones.
All painted surfaces and exterior plastics were cleaned with Chemical Guys Water Spot Remover.
Wheels off, and I didn't like the rust I was seeing forming on the rotors and a few other places, so I decided to pull the rotors, clean them up, and paint them.
Went over all surfaces with Turtle Wax Hybrid Solutions - paint, fenders, tonneau, bumpers, engine bay, side steps, and rubber trim. That stuff is great, and you don't have to worry about getting some on the trim and making it look white like with traditional wax.
Oh yeah. New Tag Number.
