But what about those YouTube channels who are always looking for more footage?Welcome to Utah and Moab!

I did Top of the World a few yrs back. Very few people talk about that first incline at the beginning of the trail. Some trail ratings are hard to judge, IMO. Also depends on what you skip.
I haven't ran the particular trail in the video, but I did other stuff in Moab.
I thought Metal Masher (rated a 7 in most books) was a cake walk in my 2 door JK on 33s, but I simply bypassed all the gnarly obstacles, lol.
Top of the World was rated lower, but I found it to be more problematic.
Yea that's how we felt. Going up had some spots - but it was fine.I did Top of the World a few yrs back. Very few people talk about that first incline at the beginning of the trail.
I thought going up was hard. Coming down felt like I was going to flip!
I loved Moab rim. I canāt wait to do it again. I think a 7 is quite fair. If compared to poison spider as a 6, I might even lower it. I donāt think itās harder. The crack and z-turn are the only really difficult obstacles on Moab Rim. But for the 1st and last section there is plenty of exposure to a nice cliff. My very wide Jeep felt very close to the edge in some parts.
Don't worry. There's plenty of stupid to go around. Absolutely no shortages there. But what about those YouTube channels who are always looking for more footage?![]()
Iām 5.5 hours away.Iād love to get out to Moab!! Might have the opportunity it next summer to get out that way after the kids are out of school. We shall see.
Do any forum members live out that way?
