Thor Engineering these have made towing easy! You have been great to work with since coming out with these I bought one of first pair and had some cracking and Thor engineering made things right by getting set up with the new and improved! These are a must have if you plan to tow!

How do these fair over time in the heat and UV? That’s my only concern with the fdm and may be worth paying a little extra for nylon SLS adapters.

Well, you're not leaving them out there all the time, so not a big deal. I have mine on for a few days while camping at most. Also I coated them with the same protectant I use on my Jeep plastic (Trim Serum--highly recommended).

I make them out of ABS, so they should have not issues with heat or UV.

I'm going to hook up my trailer for the first time to the Gladiator on Saturday and we'll see if I need to pick these up. It's a small pop up so I'm hoping to see around it but we shall see.

My trailer is a narrow-body at about 6.5 feet, and definitely still need these. If yours is lower than the mirrors though then you probably don't need them.
