I've been using my shipping bubble wraps as well.
Andy, an opportunity arises. You could offer up a storage package and sell too. A couple bean bag covers to slip over them and a "tactical" bag to mount on the back of the seat.

Sign me up. I just bought some pouches from Amazon to store those mirrors and my doors off mirrors in. Padded pouches or a bag would be awesome!

I love these mirrors BUT I'm worried they're going to get scratched up in the underseat storage. Has anyone found a storage solution that's padded and works well with these?

Harbor Freight small ammo box (~$5) holds both mirrors perfectly with the adaptors attached and some bubble wrap … fits under the drivers seat from the back.

Is everyone only using these on JK's? I've looked on Ebay, Amazon and Quadratec and they're listed for JKs and the manufacturer says they only work for JKs. Apparently an adapter might be available to use these on JL/JTs but I can't find that on Ebay. I'll PM Thorne, too.

I finally got around to trying mine out. They work well.

The stock mirrors remain the only part of my JTR that absolutely pisses me off though. 7,000 lb towing capacity and they put those shitty little mirrors on it.

Decided to try out the adapters and mirrors with my euro mirrors and they actually fit pretty well. It does look like they lose a few degrees to the bumps but still very usable. I may Dremel the adapters a bit for a little better fitment.

Fellow Gladiator towing enthusiast, it's been a while since I updated the group on the design improvements and overall success of users. The second revision of my mirror adapters includes an additional 10 degrees of outward angle on the driver side for a more usable viewing range. This has been a great improvement and I owe it to all of the users out there providing feedback. There are now almost 700 sets of these in use and a ton of love for them. In my opinion (slight bias) they are the absolute best option for two mirrors and offer incredible stability at highway speeds compared to universal tow mirrors.
