Assuming that the Gladiator is your #1 what would you rank the rest of the competition on your potential next purchase. I will start it out:

#1. 2016-17 Toyota Land Cruiser
#2. 2020 Chevy Colorado ZR2
#3. 2019 Chevy Silverado Trail Boss
#4. 2020 Ram Power Wagon
#5. 2020ish Chevy mid-engine Corvette

I'm really curious to see everyone else's ranking and what you're all cross shopping.

Assuming Gladiator is #1? After that, for me, it would be:

2) Ram 2500 Power Wagon
3) Ram 1500 Quad Cab 4x4
4) Ford F-150 Supercab 4x4
5) Ford F-250 Supercab 4x4

I noticed last night that the "extended cab" versions of full size trucks have virtually identical leg room and increased hip and head room over the "crew cab" versions of mid size trucks. And what that means is that the price gap between Gladiator and the next best option has grown even larger in my research, making the Gladiator an even tougher sell.

We'll see....

I'm pretty sure I can't wait for a couple years, but I want to give love to an automaker revitalizing a classic with 4x4 capabilities.

I think GM is making a big mistake with their crossover "Blazer".

I know I'm late to the party, but here is what I am cross shopping.

  1. Ram Power Wagon
  2. Ram Rebel
  3. Ram Laramie Longhorn w/Cummins

I'm having a hard time rationalizing a mid size truck for the same cost as a full size or HD truck. The gladiator has the cool factor for sure, but the other trucks also offer things the Gladiator can't. Truth be told, I'm probably going to wait for the EcoDiesel anyways.

It's ok. Most of us are eyeballing ram trucks as secondary choices lol but now that the prices are out I'm solely looking at the jt
Oh I totally get it. I already mentioned on here before but I test drove and considered a ram rebel. I most likely would have gone that route if manual pickups didn't exist. The new rams has the nicest interior I've seen. I was drooling all over the interior and the recline feature in the back seat. If I had a family I most definitely would buy it.
