The Mojave will do 90% of what the Rubicon will do, BUT the Rubicon will do everything the Mojave can do at slightly slower speeds.

There i fixed it for you 😂.
I agree with your base assertion... but take issue with your choice of the word slightly. My old Willys (i understand not a rubicon but i've never owned a rubicon and dealerships don't let you do offroad testdrives) used to bounce me very roughly around the same washboarded roads that my mojave cruises along at speed.

The transfer case gearing isn’t “too high” for crawling, it’s just that the Rubicon tcase is better suited for it. Folks crawl in non-Rubis all the time.
The T-case ratio is still better than the new tacomas, so it's all relative. Last time I used low range was to drag a sevral thousand pound, 5x10 sheep shed built on log skids out of my forest and across the barn yard. I expect the somewhat higher t-case ratio in the Mojave would have been gotten the job done just as well, particularly with the torque multiplication of the AT to break sticktion.

I recently obtained a 2021 Mojave from a family member who gave me a great deal. It wasn’t until I took delivery of it that I started to research what the Mojave package actually is built to do.
Well unfortunately for me the mountains of Western N Carolina are not exactly the terrain the Mojave was designed for, at least that is what I gather from the little bit of research I have been doing.
It seems the gearing in the transfer case may be too high for rock crawling and more technical off road maneuvers.
With the inability to easily disconnect the sway bar, it seems that will hamper the Jeeps front suspension.

I am sure there are other features that separate the Mojave from the more trail ready Rubicon.

So I guess my question is, besides running through the deserts of the Southwest at full speed, what else is the Mojave good at?

Does anyone with a Mojave do any rock crawling?
I'd suggest that you just get out and feel it. You'll find the tilt point. The foothills and service roads will be snack food, but learning.

99% of the history of 4 wheeling electric lockers and sway bar disconnects weren't a thing.

Now they sell people heated seats and electric lockers with blue tooth sway bars to go to jeeps and Java and park on the curb.
20-25 years ago…..… around here in Pennsylvania…. We were making our own sway bar disconnects with threaded-rod and heim joints. I had them on my 96 Tacoma (IFS). If you didn’t already have a locker from factory (TRD Offroad Tacoma had a rear locker), most guys were installing (we called them ) lunchbox lockers. But, the envy of all…. ARB air lockers. And of course… the Rubicon came out in 2003 (I believe). If you had the $$ to buy a Rubicon….and the balls to actually take a new rubi on the rocks and actually need to use that front locker…… That was hardcore. 😉

What the hell man?! Don't you know that gladiators aren't real trucks, can't tow more than a power wheels or haul more than the 6' 2x4?

Not only tractors, but campers in snow and a lot of water

So ive been told ! I was even told by a JKU owner that the bed on my JT wasn’t big enough to haul a cooler.

I was basically going to post the exact same reply...accept we've owned several rubicons and the wife still drives her JLUR on 39s daily. Slightly slower comments always come from the east coasters who've never even driven their trucks western freeway speeds in the freeway let alone realizing that there's no speed limit out in the desert and we frequently hit the speed limiter at 100mph out here. Even if you were willing to take the abuse the rubicon suspension would give you trying to keep up you'd quickly have the shocks so overheated they'd quit dampening all together. With $3k on shocks they could absolutely keep up...with a stock mojave.

People do Engineers pass and Black bear pass and the Rubicon in open diff flat fenders.

Now they sell people heated seats and electric lockers with blue tooth sway bars to go to jeeps and Java and park on the curb.
I am almost 4 years in and have never used the rear locker. I wonder if it even works.... lol

You really should engage it once in a while…. to keep things ‘freed up’.
You don’t even have to go anywhere or move much…. The act of engaging & disengaging it helps keep things lubricated and ‘freed up’.

Quit underestimating the machine. I use 4H because I like the extra control, not because I've needed it, the few times I've used 4L was for speed control. The machine will make a washboard road smoother than the freeway, but understand the stock shocks aren't designed to go slow to be effective. Fox has good customer support, just overwhelmed so it takes time. It's not exactly what I would consider a rock crawler, too long for a good break over angle. My major complaint is the gear ratios in the transmission, but I drive manual, regearing made a huge difference. Just go and find your limits, I suspect the machine will exceed them.
